Check-in details:
In accordance with current legislation, all arriving guests must have one of their identification documents (ID card, passport or card format driving licence) and their address card scanned.
Under the law, the recording of this information is compulsory for all guests equally, so there is no possibility to waive the recording of this information on the basis of age or any other variable.
On this basis, we will ask our guests who wish to check in to reception for their identity documents for the purpose of data recording. For guests under 14 years of age, we may also record the necessary data on the basis of a declaration from a representative (e.g. parent, guardian).

If you wish to stay longer, late check-out is free of charge, subject to availability. In case of early check-out, please settle the bill at the reception the day before departure.

When checking out of our hotel, please leave your room Card at the reception desk on departure.
In case of early check-out, please leave the Card in the box at the entrance of the reception. In case of loss of the key, the guest is requested to pay a replacement fee of 3.500.-HUF.

From 7.00 am to 22:00 pm .During closing hours, the reception can be contacted on the telephone number provided at check-in or via the GSM intercom at the reception.
Guests will be provided with a gate code which they can use through the main gate to access any time. The code panel installed from the street will require the code received at check-in to be entered and the gate will then open and close electronically and automatically. The hotel can be left at any time through the courtyard by entering the code on the code panel on the left and right side of the road leading to the gate.

The breakfast room is located in the basement of the rear building.
7 am - 10 am ( buffet ). Please inform the reception in advance before 21:00 pm about next day breakfast wishes.
Our hotel does not have a cot available.
Please refrain from noisy activity after 10 pm to ensure the peace and quiet of our guests.
15/1. Room cleaning:
The hotel is cleaned daily between 8 am to 3 pm. If you do not require cleaning, please indicate this on the sign on the door handle. On request, towels can be changed as described in the bathroom. Extra pillows and blankets are provided free of charge upon request. Please indicate your request at the reception. Bed linen is changed every 5 days free of charge, please let reception know if you need it sooner. We can provide it for a fee at the price of 2.000.-HUF/person/ sitting. If you notice a lack of cleanliness or any other problem, please report it immediately to reception so that we can resolve it as soon as possible for your convenience.
15/2. Detergents and accessories in the bathroom:
At the washbasin: soap in a dispenser.
In the shower: 2-in-1 shower gel, shampoo in a dispenser

15/3. Towel avalable in the bathrom:
1 pc 150 cm x 70 cm bath towel per guest
1 pc 100 cm x 50 cm hand towel per guest
1 pc 50 cm x 70 cm shower exit floor towel per room
Towels and bath towels are automatically replaced free of charge after 5 days to save energy, and towels thrown on the bathroom floor are replaced free of charge. No towels in the rooms may be taken out of the room.
15/4. Air conditioning:
The reception, the breakfast room are air-conditioned.
Rooms are air-conditioned. The unit can be operated with the windows closed for cooling or heating. Please leave the unit switched off when leaving the room. A remote control for use can be requested at reception for a fee. 2.000.-HUF/ remote control/night.
15/5. Internet:
High-speed internet is available in the hotel's public areas and in the rooms. Access passwords can be found on the wifi boards in the rooms or in the corridors and on the back of the information brochure you will receive on arrival.
15/6. Television:
TVs in the rooms are available with pre-programmed TV and radio channels. Programs are free of charge and a list of programs can be found in the room.
15/7. Electricity system:
The voltage in Hungary is 230V. Plug-in transformers are available free of charge at reception.
15/8. Fire alarm:
Our rooms are equipped with smoke alarms. Our hotel has fire extinguishers on all floors. In the event of fire, please follow the escape route posted on the inside of the room door to the nearest emergency exit and leave the hotel as soon as possible, and if possible, warn other guests.
15/9. Technical services
Please inform reception if you notice any technical problems in your room.

Free parking is available in a limited number of spaces in our enclosed courtyard. When parking, please ensure that you make the best use of the parking spaces. Exit access must be provided for all parked vehicles. We cannot accept any responsibility for vehicles left in the car park.
For the safety of our guests in the public areas, corridors and outside the building we have a camera surveillance system.
Please take care of the integrity of our hotel's furnishings and use them as intended. For decorative or decorative objects, please do not remove from their place.
Intentional or negligent damage, the person who caused the damage shall be liable to pay compensation.
Please ask at reception for lost items.
Please use only as much energy and water as is necessary for your comfort.

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all units of the Hotel.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests are liable for any damage to furniture or equipment caused by smoking. Please note that the health and safety fine has increased since January 2012. The fine for a person who smokes in a prohibited place, uses an electronic cigarette or an electronic device imitating smoking is 20,000 - 50,000 HUF
