Our smaller, cozy attic room is the perfect hideaway for travelers or those looking for a quiet, private place to rest after a day of sightseeing. Despite its compact size, it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in our garden suburb.

Important: Check-in and guest reception is between 14:00 and 20:00 (2 PM – 8 PM). After check-in, the gate code and the modern Smart Lock on your door allow you to move freely 24/7 without keys.

Facilities and Technical Details:

Capacity: Maximum 2 persons. We welcome children from age 10.
Size: Total area is 14 m², including the bedroom and the private bathroom.
Beds: Flexible setup – available with two separate single beds (2x 80x200 cm) or as a large double bed (160x200 cm). Please inform us about your bed preference when booking!
Bathroom: Space-saving, functional private bathroom cabin (shower, toilet, and small sink).
In-room Equipment: Private mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, and 24/7 keyless access.
Kitchen facilities: A microwave oven is available for shared use right here in the attic corridor.
Free items on request: These items are not kept in the rooms, but you can ask for them at the reception for free: Hairdryer, electric kettle, mugs, plates, and cutlery.
Air Conditioning: Modern multi-split AC (available for an extra fee).
Note: The room is non-smoking.
Parking: We guarantee free parking for one car per room in the private, closed garden area of the property.(Please note: The hotel does not take any responsibility for vehicles or any valuables left inside the cars in the parking area.)

Comfort Ground Floor Room (1-3 persons)

Direct garden access and quiet surroundings in South Budapest

This ground floor room is a peaceful island in Pesterzsébet. Its best feature is the direct garden access: right outside your door, on the "gang" (open corridor), you have your own garden chairs and table. You can enjoy your morning coffee while looking at the green inner garden. The room is modern and cozy, perfect for couples or families with one child (over 10 years old).

Extra Bed: A comfortable sofa bed is available for the 3rd person (opens to a large 160 cm x 200 cm surface).
